Caitlin Halligan confirmed as Associate Judge (2023.04.20).

Yesterday, the New York Senate confirmed Caitlin Halligan as the Court of Appeals’ next Associate Judge by a vote of 48–12. With Judge Halligan’s confirmation, the Court is back at a full complement for the first time since Chief Judge DiFiore stepped down in September 2022. Congrats and good luck, Judge Halligan!
