Court orders reargument in three cases.

This morning, the Court ordered reargument “for a future Court session” in Toussaint v. Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Cutaia v. Board of Managers of the 160/170 Varick Street Condominium, and People v. Powell. Although the Court gave no reason for these orders, there’s a good chance that the Court—which is now operating with only six members—was deadlocked.
