Judge Rivera willing to get vaccinated.

The New York Law Journal reports that Judge Rivera is now willing to get vaccinated against the coronavirus. Of course, Judge Rivera had long been the lone hold-out on the Court in getting vaccinated.

According to the Law Journal, Judge Rivera issued a statement about her change of heart. The statement reportedly said that the Judge’s decision not to get vaccinated had been based on a “concern for personal health issues.” And it stated that the Judge’s decision to get vaccinated now was based on the availability of a new type of vaccine, which “she believes is free of risks to her health.”

The Law Journal did not indicate whether the Judge would be vaccinated before the Court hears its September Session of arguments.
