This morning the Court granted leave in two new civil cases.
In Moore Charitable Foundation v. PJT Partners, Inc., the Court will consider what facts a plaintiff must allege to plead that an employer should be liable for its employee’s fraud under an apparent-authority theory.
In Matter of Miller v. Annucci, the Court will consider whether a prison can punish a prisoner for advocating opposition to a prison program limiting the delivery of packages to prisoners.
