In a notice issued today, the Court of Appeals stated that it had directed the parties in the following appeals to address the impact the HSTPA might have on those appeals: Taylor v. 72A Realty Assoc., L.P.; Raden v. W 7879, LLC; Matter of Regina Metro. Co., LLC v. New York State Div. of Hous. & Community Renewal; and Collazo v. Netherland Property Assets LLC.
The notice also called for amicus participation addressing the HSTPA’s impact on these appeals.
